Description

The Government is seeking a minimum of 24,566 to a maximum of 25,794 of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Occupant Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of contiguous space within the Area of Consideration set forth below. See Section 2 of the Lease for applicable ANSI/BOMA standards. Approximately 2,550 ABOASF, which shall be used for fitness center/gym purposes is not required to be contiguous to the remainder of the offered Space and should be located on grade/1st floor level or lower in the building so as not to disturb other building tenants.
