HCPS has been unable to secure trained speech language pathologists to fill 2 vacant positions. These services are required by law to serve student needs within our schools. We have been able to secure in person licensed SLP through Pediatric Therapies Inc. who is offering a contracted full time SLP to serve in this capacity but requires that it be for the remainder of the school year. We are continuing to search to hire on staff personnel.
