2023 Environmental Statewide Workshop

The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as âVDOTâ) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide a training workshop facilities package including facilities, approximately 50 rooms for two (2) nights lodging and approximately 100 rooms for one (1) night lodging and conference space to hold 150 people with an additional five (5) break out conference rooms. Morning and Afternoon Break refreshments for 150 participants and meals for approximately 150, including large screen, podium, microphones, projector, and speakers for the 2023 VDOT Environmental Workshop scheduled for October 11th through 13th. Facility must be within the City Limits of Williamsburg, Virginia, 23185. Facility must list on bid response dates they are offering for this Workshop.
