The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority is requesting proposals to conduct a compensation study. Responses are due by noon on February 9, 2023. Specifically, we are seeking the review and development of a compensation and classification plan for the Authority, with an immediate review of three (3) designated positions for market competitiveness. Our timeline for this project is to begin immediately for the designated positions, with a preliminary report by March 10, 2023 and a presentation to the Compensation and Benefits Committee of our Board of Directors on March 14, 2023. A preliminary report for the full compensation and classification plan is requested to be presented by April 28, 2023.
