REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) #023-003
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT CONSULTING (PMC) SERVICES FOR VRE’S CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
The Virginia Railway Express (VRE) is soliciting Proposals to obtain Program Management Consulting (PMC) Services to provide a complete range of professional consulting services to support its Six Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The Program Management Consultant’s personnel will serve as an extension of VRE staff to support program and project management services for transportation/infrastructure capital projects.
If potential Offerors are accessing a copy of the RFP via VRE’s website, be advised that it is your responsibility to monitor this site for any addenda. Failure to submit signed addenda may be grounds to declare a Proposal non-responsive. If there is a question about the closing date, the date printed on the RFP is the most current.
A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting to discuss the requirements of this solicitation with prospective Offerors will be held on September 22, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. EST via the Microsoft Teams Video Conference Platform.
Any changes to the solicitation as a result of the pre-proposal meeting will be issued through a written addendum to the solicitation.
Proposals are due October 19, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. EST.
