Summary:The Scope of Work shall consist of and is generally described as follows: Various exterior parapet wall
repairs and associated roof/flashing work plus various exterior wall and opening repairs. Existing limestone
copings either replaced or covered over with metal copings. Renovate existing penthouse louvers, doors, EIFS
openings, flashings and sealants. Anticipated construction duration based on: Award on or about June 15,
2023; with Substantial Completion on or before May 15, 2024.
