. The purpose of the project is to install curb and gutter to provide a separated ADA compliant brick sidewalk connection. The proposed sidewalk improvements are adjacent to the public parking lot on the northeast corner of the intersection. A modified entrance along with cable splice boxes and conduit stub outs for future lighting is also included with this pedestrian improvement project. VDOT Prequalification required. 12% DBE requirement.
