  • Summary:The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish an Operating Agreement for the Chesapeake Conference Center located at 700 Conference Center Drive, Chesapeake, Virginia 23320.
    The following objectives have been identified for this contract:
    A. Enter into an Operating Agreement with a firm capable of providing a full range of comprehensive management services for the facility.
    B. Acquire services from a firm with a well-proven track record in managing, catering, and programming such a facility.
    C. Acquire services that are consistent with generally accepted operations of a first-class conference center.
