    The County of Loudoun, Virginia (County), is soliciting bids from Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) approved stream and wetland mitigation banks for the purchase of 526 stream credits using the Unified Steam Methodology (USM) or 2,207 Stream Condition Units (SCUs) and 0.23 wetland credits. The impacts are located within the Middle Potomac River-Catoctin River Watershed, Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) 02070008, and are associated with the Loudoun County’s Route 15 Widening Project. The credits will provide compensatory mitigation for the proposed impacts of the construction.

    Bidders SHALL NOT submit multiple bids. Bidders submitting multiple bids will be rejected as non-responsive.
