Summary:The Clarke County Purchasing Office, on behalf of Clarke County Public Schools, is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms for custodial services for all of the Clarke County Public Schools’ school buildings.
A mandatory pre-proposal conference for the school contract will be held at the front main entrance to Clarke County High School (627 Mosby Boulevard, Berryville, VA 22611) on Monday, April 3, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. (local prevailing time). Vendors must sign-in before the conclusion of the mandatory pre-proposal meeting in order to be eligible to submit a proposal for the school contract. Vendors will be provided the opportunity to tour each school building during the meeting.
Sealed proposals should be clearly marked, “RFP: #23-0412 CUSTODIAL SERVICES-CLARKE COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS” and must be received in the Clarke County Purchasing Office before 3:00:00 p.m. (local prevailing time), Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at which time they will be recorded. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted.
