The Work includes misc. carpentry & woodwork, countertops, steel frames, flush wood doors, hardware, gypsum board, resilient flooring, carpeting, acoustical ceiling, interior painting, modifications to fire suppression and fire alarm systems, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
