    Gloucester Surface Water Treatment Plant, Gloucester County, Virginia
    The Purchasing Manager, or designee, on behalf of County of Gloucester, Virginia, will accept sealed
    bids for the roof replacement at the Gloucester Surface Water Treatment Plant at the Central Purchasing
    Department, County of Gloucester, 6489 Main Street, Suite 324, Gloucester, Virginia, until 2:00 P.M.,
    local time, March 7, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Sealed bids will be
    received in person, via regular mail by U.S. Postal Service, or via special courier service.
    Bids received after the announced time and date for submittal, whether by mail or otherwise, will be
    rejected. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their Bid is received before the deadline indicated.
    Bids submitted by telephone, telegraph, email, text message, or facsimile shall not be accepted.
    The Work generally consists of Roof Replacement and Exterior Wall Repairs at Gloucester County Surface
    Water Treatment Plant. The Bidder shall provide all the necessary services, supervision, labor, materials,
    tools, and equipment necessary to construct the project as defined in the project manual.
    A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., on February 23, 2023, at 8214 Reservoir Ridge Road,
    Gloucester, VA 23061. (Note: The site is fenced with closed gate. When arrived, pull up to the gate and call
    in using the speaker box on the left side of the road. Someone will then open the gate.) Pre-bid questions
    will not be answered at the pre-bid conference; submit questions via the process below to allow for
    record-keeping.

    Central Purchasing website and on eVA, Virginia’s eProcurement Portal (www.eva.virginia.gov).
