  • Summary:The scope of work includes all supervision, labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete
    the final phase of demolition at NRHA Tidewater Garden, 450 Walker Street, Norfolk VA
    23510. The work for this project includes but not limited to 25 apartment buildings, one rental office,
    maintenance warehouse, and removal of private utilities. The project includes and not limited to the
    removal of sanitary sewer line, water lines, private NRHA master meter, gas lines, storm drainage
    lines, sanitary sewer cleanout, sanitary sewer manhole, gas structures, trees, metal fencing, chain
    link fence, piles, satellite dish and associated wiring, concrete drainage swale, concrete, curbs, gas
    tank, asphalt, stone edge, wood wall, stone wall, stone columns, playground equipment and
    handrails. Plug water line, clearing & grubbing, and abatement is also included plus any other items
    including in drawings and specifications.
