  • Summary:The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract, through competitive negotiation, for workforce development consultation services in support of a Department of Defense Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing (ATDM) Pilot Project (PILOT PROJECT). The contract resulting from this RFP will be a subcontract under a prime contract between IALR and the Department of Defense for the ATDM PILOT PROJECT, with a period of performance from the effective date of the contract through April 30, 2025 (base period). Extensions to this contract for workforce development consulting services beyond the base period are possible but not assured. Extensions of this contract will be at IALR's discretion and contingent upon the extension of the existing contract between IALR and the Department of Defense or the execution of a new contract between IALR and either the Department of Defense or a Department of Defense subcontractor (collectively, the DoD).
