  • Summary:The City of Manassas Park is soliciting proposals from qualified Vendors to provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Implementation Project Management Services, for the following systems:

    1. Tax System
    2. Utility Billing System
    3. HR/Financials System

    Each of these systems exists as a separate Software as a Service (SaaS) platform project and will be scheduled for implementation starting in early January 2023.

    The following is a tentative timeline for implementation (total months):

    1. Tax System (8 months) January 2023 – August 2023
    2. Utility Billing System (10 months) (February 2023 to December 2023)
    3. HR/Financials System (24 months) (March 2023 to March 2025)
