This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to solicit proposals to establish a contract through
competitive negotiations for Employment Screening Services, and for Alcohol and Controlled
Substance Testing Services by Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech),
an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Virginia Tech desires an employment screening provider that will assist them in the hiring process
by facilitating a timely and efficient online process. Background checks, driving checks, and/or other
related requests are to be conducted on the selected applicants based on university policy.
