  • Summary:The Town of Woodstock has a need to plan, fund, and implement improvements to current facilities to provide well-designed, modern, accessible, and convenient municipal buildings. The planned solution shall be based on comprehensive assessments and include all relevant costs associated with design, construction, land acquisition, and operations and maintenance cost estimates associated with each facility. The Town is interested in partnering with a consulting firm with experience in all facets of facility planning work – from technical
    assessment to concept development, community engagement, design, and construction.
  • Round Information:Addendum No 1: A non-mandatory, pre-proposal site visit will be held to provide potential offers with an opportunity to view current Town facilities included in the Request for Proposal.
    The pre-proposal site visit will be held on Tuesday, April 18th at 10:00 AM. Attendees shall meet at the Woodstock Town Office, located at 135 N Main Street, Woodstock, VA 22664.
