To establish a multi-year term contract with a supplier, to provide and deliver synthetic engine oils, transmission fluids, and diesel fuel additives to Transportation Department. The resulting agreement from this solicitation shall be non-exclusive and the services provided shall be on an on-call basis with no guarantee of work. The County reserves the right to make multiple awards from this solicitation and the use of the contracted firms shall be at the sole discretion of the County.
