The number of Contracts awarded will depend on the number and quality of the proposals received, with a maximum of four (4) contracts.
This project will be developed utilizing Virginia Department of Transportation’s (VDOT) policies and procedures and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) guidelines. This Request for Proposal does not commit the County to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal for this request, or to procure or contract for services.
