Williamsburg/James City County Public Schools (WJCC) is soliciting proposals from qualified parties for a fully hosted Mass Communication Notification System. The system will be used for parent and employee outreach, emergency, attendance, and other routine messaging. Types of message delivery may include, but should not be limited to, landline and cellular telephone, text messaging, and email.
