The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select one qualified firm to provide printing and mailing services for the Treasurer and Commissioner of the Revenue Office’s for combined services including but not limited to printing and mailing of Bills, Declarations and Notices. All services shall be provided in accordance with the specifications contained herein and attached hereto.
