The purpose of this IFB is to establish a firm fixed price, lump sum contract with one qualified Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, permits and, incidentals required to perform all requirements as s specified herein, and indicated for the purpose of demolishing the Wastewater Treatment Plant at H.M Pearson Elementary School located at 9347 Bastable Mill Rd. Catlett, VA 20119, in accordance with this IFB. This solicitation is issued by the Fauquier County Procurement Division on behalf of the Fauquier County Government and Public Schools, political subdivisions of the Commonwealth of Virginia, herein referred to for convenience as “Owner.” Fauquier County School Board approval may be required for the award of a contract resulting from this solicitation.
