Scope:

The Town of Leesburg, Virginia (“Town”) is requesting sealed bids from qualified Bidders to provide construction services for the Market Street and King Street Intersection Improvements project.

The awarded bidder, also referred to herein as “Contractor”, shall provide construction services, including, but not limited to excavation, storm drainage, waterline improvements, curb, gutter, brick sidewalk, installation of electrical and communication conduits, traffic signal upgrades, audible pedestrian signals, paving, maintenance of traffic, miscellaneous site work, and all incidentals related thereto to complete all of the construction work as shown on the attached plans and specifications.

Work will be done at night between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Sunday night through Thursday night.

The Town reserves the right to perform all, part, or none of the work.
