Scope:
The Town of Leesburg ("Town") is accepting bids from individuals or businesses desiring to use and occupy the streets, alleys, and other public grounds in the Town of Leesburg, as now existing or as may hereafter be laid out, for the construction, maintenance and operation therein of a system of pipes, mains, connections, meters and other equipment and appliances necessary or convenient for the transmission, distribution and sale of natural gas in and to any part of the Town of Leesburg.
Public Hearing/Bid Opening:
Bids must be emailed to the Town Attorney’s Office at legalbids@leesburgva.gov no later than 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.
In accordance with Virginia Code §§15.2-2101 and 15.2-2105, the public hearing/bid announcement will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 25 W. Market Street, Leesburg, VA 20176.
