The intent of the program is to test the capability of vendors to successfully meet the needs of the users while also adhering to stringent requirements designed to protect the safety of users and the aesthetics of our community. A successful program will address the needs of residents (including students), visitors, merchants and employees, the City, the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, and for William & Mary all within the defined restrictions.
