| The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to purchase two (2) with the option to purchase up to a total of four (4) cab and chassis (Ford F-350XL or approved equal) complete with steel tapered panel bodies (A60 galvannealed steel, TPA 72 Series or approved equal) and light tower (Command Light Knight 2, or approved equal) for the Department of Public Utilities. Complete units shall be delivered F.O.B. destination City of Suffolk Fleet Management Facility, 120 Forest Glen Drive, Suffolk Virginia 23434 in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein. | |||

| Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud on the date that the bids are accepted. Public opening will be held on December 16, 2022 at 3:00 PM (local prevailing time), in the City of Suffolk City Hall, Conference Room # 3, located at 442 W. Washington Street, Suffolk, VA 23434-5237. | |||
