| The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish an annual contract with one (1) vendor to provide and deliver cartridge filters on an as needed basis for the Electro Dialysis Reversal (EDR) units located at the City?s G. Robert House Water Treatment Facility, 100 Bob House Parkway, Suffolk, VA 23432. Filters shall be delivered F.O.B. destination to the facility. | |||

| The contract shall cover the period from December 1, 2022 through November 30, 2023. This contract may be renewed based on the terms and conditions at the expiration of its term at the sole discretion of the City. Automatic renewals will occur for up to four (4) additional one-year periods through November 30, 2025. | |||
