| Scope of Work: The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to purchase annual supplies of Reflective Sheeting and EC Film for Traffic Signs on an as needed basis for the Department of Public Works Traffic Engineering Division. | |||

| The contract shall cover the period from May 1, 2023 through April 30, 2024. The City reserves the option to renew this agreement for two (2) additional one-year periods ending April 30, 2026. Unless notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the contract will automatically renew during these periods. | |||
