Sealed Bids, subject to the plans, specifications, and conditions herein and attached hereto, will be received in the City of Colonial Heights VA Finance/Purchasing Department, City Hall - 201 James Avenue 2nd Floor, Colonial Heights VA 23238, until but no later than 2:00 PM EDT December 14 2022, for a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, fees, and insurance coverage for a new buttress retaining wall at the Lakeview Dam, 523 Lake Avenue, Colonial Heights VA

An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on November 15 2022 at 10:00 AM at the Lakeview Parking lot (523 Lake Avenue, Colonial Heights VA)

The contractor will be responsible for the excavation of all material needed to adequately construct the retainage wall.
