Description
STATEMENT OF WORK
Fuel Contract
OBJECTIVE:
The objective of this contract is to provide the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System (CAVHCS) with a contractual obligation for fuel to include Gasoline, Diesel, and Off-Road Diesel. Services shall be provided at CAVHCS, 215 Perry Hill Road, Montgomery Alabama, 36109, and 2400 Hospital Road, Tuskegee Alabama 36083.

SOW:
The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, and supervision necessary for the execution of this contract. The contractor shall be responsible to deliver and dumping requested fuel at the designated area. Fuel will be ordered on an as-needed basis. Fuel will be requested to be delivered at both the Montgomery and Tuskegee campuses.

General Conditions & Responsibility
The contractor shall furnish all parts, labor, and material for the completion of the job and provide tools or equipment as needed to complete the job. All materials and workmanship shall comply with all applicable codes, specifications, local ordinances, industry standards, and utility company regulations. The contractor must provide and wear all safety equipment while performing duties
Period of Performance:
This contract is for Base Year, plus 2 years.
