THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify qualified contractors with the capability and the resources to meet the VA s Office of Information Technology (OIT), IT Operations and Services, Quantico Information Technology Center (QITC) requirement for AiPhone System Maintenance. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for more information.
The purpose of this Sources Sought is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from all business sizes capable of providing the supplies outlined in this document. The responses to this Sources Sought will help in possible future acquisition strategy and assist in determining whether adequate competition exists to set-aside the competition among small businesses.
Furthermore, the responses obtained will assist the VA with ensuring any final requirement, if any, are clearly defined to mitigate potential cost, schedule, and performance risk. The Government believes industry feedback is important and is receptive to comments and lessons learned from industry partners highlighting potential technical problem areas associated with this effort.

This Sources Sought Notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. Any organization responding to this Sources Sought Notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization's qualifications to perform the work.
