THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE – THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD PURCHASE ORDER TO CREDIBILITY ASSESSMENT SOLUTIONS (CAS) FOR A THREE-DAY TRAINING COURSE.

The U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Professional Services Acquisition Unit intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order (PO) to Credibility Assessment Solutions for a three-day training course. The period of performance will be from 7 to 9 March 2023 and the estimated value is $20,000.

This procurement will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The PO is intended to provide a three-day training course to Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU)s, Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG).

This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.
