1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

1. The solicitation number for this is N0018923Q0105 and will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

1. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-01.

1. The Government intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order for supplies with Welin Lambie Limited. The associated NAICS code is 333923 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
