The Army Contracting Command - Redstone (ACC) is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and capability to provide support services as detailed below for two (2) HandyScan 700 Laser Scanners. The intention is to procure these services on a sole source basis.
The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to validate the sole source acquisition strategy and/or determine if there are other sources capable of satisfying the requirement.
This SOURCES SOUGHT is for informational purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this Sources Sought. No solicitation will be released regarding this requirement.
The proposed contract action will be a firm fixed price commercial services procurement for the purchase of HandyScan 700 Laser Scanner support services to include accident coverage and a customer care plan for two (2) scanners for a period of two (2) years.
The Contractor shall have the capabilities to provide:
