Description

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has issued a contract extension on a sole source basis. The number of sources that are provided a fair opportunity to be considered has been restricted as a result of the extension. (FAR 16.505(b)(2)). The rationale provided within the attached Justification and Approval (J&A) supports TSA’s decision to extend the current delivery order on a non-competitive basis.
