This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
1.a. Project Title: Healthcare Analog Clocks
1.b. Description: VA Long Beach Healthcare System is seeking a contractor to provide Healthcare Analog Clocks for their Mental Health clinic.
1.c. Project Location: VA Long Beach Healthcare System
1.d. Solicitation Number: Request for Quotes (RFQ) - 36C26223Q0737.
1.e. Set Aside: This solicitation is issued as an unrestricted open market.
1.f. Applicable NAICS code: 339940 Office Supplies (except Paper) Manufacturing
1.g. Small Business Size Standard: 750 employees
1.h. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price
1.i. Period of Performance: 60 days.
2. Scope. The Veteran s Integrated Service Network 22 is seeking a contractor to provide healthcare analog battery operated clocks. The requirement is for Peter Pepper Products 382 Analog Clock or equivalent having the following salient characteristics.
12 Dia x 2"D (+/- ¾ )
Large numeral face with simple, legible font
Number size shall be 1 to 1 ½ in height, numbers shall be toward the outer edges of the face
Red Second-hand Sweep
Chrome Finish bezel, white face
Quartz Battery Movement
Clear Acrylic Face Front
Tamper-proof Security Mounting
Qty required 213 each
Period of Performance. Items must be delivered by 5/28/2023
3. Submit written offers in accordance with the following instructions, as well as Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. Oral offers will not be accepted. Complete and submit enclosure 1 via email no later than 10am PDT Monday March 27, 2023 to peter.kim33@va.gov. Ensure the following are completed and/or included in the quote packet:
