Statement of Work



USCG Finance Center Mail Carrier Service






  1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Contractor to provide continued Mail Courier Services for the United States Coast Guard Finance Center (FINCEN), Chesapeake from the period 01 January through 31 December 2023.







2. SCOPE OF WORK: Services are to include the following:




  • Perform two (02) mail runs each day (holidays and other FINCEN closures excluded).

  • Pick-up Coast Guard FINCEN mail from the local post office on Battlefield Blvd (Chesapeake) during the first mail run of the day.

  • Deliver picked-up mail to the Coast Guard FINCEN that mail during the first run.

  • Drop-off all outgoing mail from Coast Guard FINCEN to the local post office during the first run.

  • Pick-up Coast Guard FINCEN mail from the local post office on Battlefield Blvd (Chesapeake) during second mail run of the day.

  • Deliver picked-up mail to the Coast Guard FINCEN that mail during the second run.
