It is the Government’s intention to issue a single award Purchase Order. The proposed acquisition is 100% set aside to Small Businesses. The Government will solicit and award this contract using FAR 13.5- Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The Government intends to award to using comparative analysis. The award will be issued on an all or none basis.
