Notice of Intent to Sole Source
The 633rd Contracting Squadron intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price sole source award to Motorola
Solutions, Inc., in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition
Procedures. This requirement being sole sourced is for the delivery and installation of seven (7) Vesta
Console positions, proprietary software, and maintenance. The North American Industry Classification
System code for this acquisition is 334220 - Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless
Communications Equipment Manufacturing and the size standard is 1250 EMP.
