This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 5315-01-043-3801, PIN, SHOULDER HEADED. IAW (In Accordance With) BASIC DRAWING NR 81755 16H1203. REVISION NR S DTD 03/21/2000 PART PIECE NUMBER: 16H1203-5. The requirement is being solicited as a service-disabled veteran-owned small business.

Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated maximum annual demand quantity is 350 each per base year and each option years. Surge requirements do not apply. This is a critical application item and higher-level quality requirements do not apply. Surge requirements do apply. Government First Article Testing does apply. Required delivery is 801days ARO. FOB is Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is required.

The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
