Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA) requests a modification to the Enterprise Common Shared Service (ECSS) Task Order. The current contractor mangages and continually enhances the Army's enterprise cloud environment, called cARMY. cARMY provides the Army authorized commercial cloud environments. Common shared services are services that support application operations such as domain name services, cyber security service provider network time protocol, remote access, file tranfer, and directory services. The purpose of this modification is to add ServiceNow to expand the Army's enterprise cloud environment with additional cloud service providers, regions, networks, and common shared services.
