Services and Prices or Costs.



10/11/2022 Update: Amendment 0006 contains correct schedule requirements for item T0001 JA1 for DFSP CEPS.



10/07/2022 Update: Amendment 0005 contains schedule and quantity updates. Please review.



08/11/2022 Update: Amendment 0001 and updated RFP conformed copy. Amendment 1 contains note and clause updates as well as additional attachments; please review.





This is the solicitation for the Atlantic/Europe/Mediterranean (AEM) Supplemental Purchase. See attachment/links section for full requests for proposals and all attachments.





The NAICS code for this procurement is 324110.





The solicitation closing date and time is September 06, 2022 at 3PM.





Under this Supplemental Purchase Program, 1.1b (F76) and Purchase Program, 1.1i (JA1) the delivery period is January 1, 2023, through June 30, 2023, plus a 30 day carry-over period. The 30-day carryover period allows for delivery of orders placed prior to the end of the ordering period.





DLA Energy will be using the Bulk Offer Entry Tool (OET) for this Procurement. The usage of the Bulk OET is mandatory. The Bulk OET will allow Offerors to electronically submit and sign their offer (including the SF1449).
