THIS IS NOT A SOLICTATION. THIS IS A NOTICE THAT AWARD WAS MADE ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS. A DIRECT 8(A) AWARD WAS ISSUED FOR THIS REQUIREMENT.



The scope of this requirement is to modernize and maintain video teleconference (VTC) equipment and ancillary conference room supporting items such as prewired or Audiovisual (AV) or networking system integrated conference tables, microphones, speakers, and electronic signage that support audio, video and surveillance installations at each WWR site in Paragraph 3.8 below. Additional hardware, software, upgrade, support, and maintenance services necessary to sustain compatibility and interoperability across WWR.
