Description

The authority waiving the competition requirements is FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B), only one awardee is capable of providing the suuplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services ordered are unique or highly specialized.



The contract action is for the purchase, installation, and service of (1) ScriptCenter Locker Solution at Langley AFB. Innovation Associates, Inc. is the only responsible source on DLA's Patient Monitoring and Capital Equipment (PMCE) schedule that can provide the requirement and has all the proprietary rights to the equipment, software, and maintenance as an authorized distributor of the OEM, Asteres.
